West Bridgford Baptist Church is a local community of Christians who gather regularly on Sundays to worship The lord Jesus Christ. It is also a time of mutual encouragement and support in the challenges of following Jesus.
Please join us on a Sunday or alternatively contact the Church Office if you would like to have a look around first. There is wheelchair access and a hearing loop.
There are also many other activities for folk to be involved in.
Our morning service is at 10am and lasts for about 1¼ hours. The service opens with a note of celebration and includes an all age story time, prayers, missions slot, Bible reading and message.
The service is a blend of styles with both modern and traditional songs and hymns being sung. The children leave for their group after about 20 minutes.
The Lord’s supper is celebrated on the third Sunday of each month.
We realize that going to a new church for the first time can seem quite daunting, and so we make every effort to welcome newcomers.
We look forward to giving you a warm welcome you on a Sunday.

POWERFUL THEATRE ON THE JOURNEY TO EASTER
By Paul Birch (2019 Revival)
Directed by Erin Burbridge / Designed by Sean Cavanagh
An extraordinary journey will take place, retracing the footsteps of Jesus through a world of miracles and madness, violence and liberation. As The Narrow Road is walked, this turbulent world is turned upside down and its inhabitants confronted by an unexpected and surprising vision.
As we walk with these people to the cross and on into the challenge of the life beyond it, The Narrow Road asks each of us to review our understanding of our own faith in relation to that journey.
Tickets £7.50/£6 concession

Messy Church, Easter Egg-travaganza - Thursday, 11th April at 10am
Join us for an egg hunt and much much more. More details will follow soon.
Passover Presentation - Maundy Thursday, 18th April at 7pm
Join us for this Passover presentation which reminds us of God’s redemption of his people Israel from slavery in Egypt and connects us with Jesus our 'Passover Lamb' and the Last Supper. Jesus came to save us from that same evil that drove Pharaoh to enslave Israel and drives every person when we do what is wrong or fail to do what is right.
Passover desserts will be available after the presentation and a retiring offering will be taken for the work of Jews for Jesus.
Booking is free but essential.
The church office is open on Monday to Friday from 9am – 12noon.
If you want to contact us outside these times, then please email or leave an answerphone message.
